sky-touch majestic idol of Mahabali Hanuman is located at Nandura town near Shegaon
city belongs to Buldhana district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The
statue is situated on National Highway No-6 and quite close to (Mumbai-Howrah)
Railway line. It is located around 49 kms towards north from district
headquarters Buldhana, approx. 36 kms from Shegaon and about 499 kms away from
the state capital city Mumbai.
Lord Shree Hanumanji
is called Pawansut (Son of Air-Vaayu) & Anjaniputra (Son of Anjani-the
woman of highly spiritual native) and well known as greatest devotee (Param
Bhakt) of Bhagwan Shri Ram.
Nandura has
oil mills, dal mills, jinning and pressing industry along with handlooms. In
older days, Nandura was known for cotton products like ropes, handmade cotton
dhoti, saris etc. Nandura's milk products like Khava are famous for its quality
& taste and are transported daily to several adjoining districts.
