height cloud talking sculpture of Lord Hanuman on the main entrance of “Rameshwar
Dass Baba Ji Ka Mandir” is situated at Bamanwas village about 25 kms from Narnaul
belongs to Mahendragarh district in the Indian state of Haryana. The main wall
of the temple separates the village of Tibba Basai in Rajasthan.
This temple
is dedicated to Lord Shiva; the temple has a 10 feet high Shivling. It has a
spacious hall with marble flooring and decorated walls. Marble idols of Gods
and Goddesses are arranged in the hall. The walls of the temple are adorned with
painted idols and the morals of Bhagavad Gita, Ramayan and other Hindu religious
Epics. The painted idols on walls and marble are unique.
There is a
big fair held annually on the occasion of Ram Navami when thousands of devotees
from various parts of the country come to this place. The most peculiar feature
of the temple is that no cash donations are accepted there.
