108 Foot Sankat Mochan Dham, Siddh Hanuman Mandir

108 feet height sky-high tallest statue of Lord Hanumanji is located at ‘108 Foot Sankat Mochan Dham, Siddh Hanuman Mandir’ situated between Jhandewalan Karol Bagh Metro Station in the National Capital Territory of India New Delhi.

Tuesday and Saturday are especial days for the Hanuman Mandir. During the evening Aarti a large crowd gathers here. In the middle of Aarti a spectacle unfolds where in the arms of Hanuman which are held across the chest move back. As the chest slides open apart through its automatic electronics system, all the devotees get a wonderful glimpse of the beautiful images of Lord Shri Ram & Devi Sita in the heart of Hanuman, as depicted in the Ramayan. The mesmerizing event is held twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday at 8.15 a.m. and 8.15 p.m.

Shree Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir

101 feet height superb fantastic statue of Shree Hanumanji is situated at Shree Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir, Near Chhattarpur Metro Station, Chhattarpur, New Delhi. It is the second largest temple complex in India and located at a distance of about 4 kms from the famous Qutub Minar in the Mehrauli area of Delhi.

Shree Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir is a temple complex and spread over an area of approximately 70 acres. The temple complex has a number of structures, separate as well as combined, dedicated to each deity with large halls are special attractions for congregation of devotees and even common visitors.

Pracheen Hanuman Mandir

Pracheen Hanuman Mandir situated at Connaught Place in New Delhi on Baba Kharak Singh Marg is one of the oldest Hanuman temples of India and dating back to the era of Pandavas (Mahabharat). There are five shrines in Delhi that are identified with Pandavas in their Indraprastha by the tradition. The idol of this mandir is a swayambhu (self manifest).

This temple has withstood Mughals' on-slot of Hindu temples. There is a crescent moon symbol (an Islamic symbol) in the Viman (Spire) unlike the Aum or Sun symbol above the Viman as in other Hindu shrines. This has influenced the Mughals then not to destroy the shrine. The crescent moon symbol in the Viman is not to be found normally in any Hindu temple where prominence is for the Sun God or Aumkara.

The deity of this temple is very unique and the face of the Bhagwan Hanuman is seen as that of a Balak (Young Child). The priest says Bhagwan here represents as Bala Hanuman. He is facing to the south side and we can see only one eye. Bhagwan Bala Hanuman carries the Gadha in His left hand and His right hand rests over His chest as in prayer and adorned beautifully with flowers.
